Bus coming and dropping on time. But they ask all passengers to get down near Palladam and change another bus. It has happened the past two times. If passengers have many luggages and aged people, it is difficult.

Only the blanket needs to be washed. Otherwise, it's ok.

Drop 90 minutes late. Bus is very new and inside clothes and blanket are in nice condition. They gave water bottle and snacks also nice. But inside bus more vibration not comfortable for sleep. Suspension not good and staff are very good and polite.
