Please do not book this bus, it is not at all clean. You will feel like sitting in garbage. They did not have blankets but that is fine. A smelly, packed bus with no windows because of the AC led to the worst experience.

The AC was not working and I am not seated on the seat that I have booked. Staff behavior is terrible. And it was late by 1 hour

The AC was not working properly from the start of the journey to the end. There was no AC, and the driver said to go and complain. It was a very bad experience.
