facilities is very bad bus conductor and their patner are together so they can fraud with us Yesterday night me and my friend lost our lot of money and mental situation

Pickup point not exact. 2.5 kms ahead pickup point. redBus customer care no help. bus agency also doesn't know exact pickup point. App shows pickup point 2.5 kms away to another bus pickup point.

Water comes inside the bus. Never choose this bus for your journey if you want to take the sleeper coach. No conductor, no water bottle, no wifi, etc.

Very bad experience.

Very poor experience. Water bottle was not given in the bus. I was not given my booked seat. The driver gave me a seat at the end side of the bus, but my booked seat was at the front side of the bus.

Dropping time given in the ticket was 6:45pm and the time I was dropped off was 10pm. It’s really a disappointing experience.
