Very very very worst. I will not recommend traveling this bus. It's mentioned the bus will reach Nagercoil by 7.30, but I'm still traveling. The bus goes all over the city to get down the cargo and travel. I highly recommend not to travel if you want to reach on time.

Staff was rude and did not listen to keep my suitcase correctly, due to which my new suitcase body and lock side got damaged and got multiple scratches. As other review, pickup was 15 mins and drop was late by 3 hrs.
