In the app it is showing as drop will be till Lakdikapul but they shifted in a mini bus and took us to Lakdipul even though we reached Aramgarh by 6 am.

I booked this bus specifically to avoid changing from a bus to a van during the journey. Unfortunately, the bus was delayed, and passengers were asked to carry their own luggage without any assistance. Most importantly, although I had booked a ticket to Kukatpally, I was asked to get down at Ameerpet and was informed that the bus would not go any further, making Ameerpet the last stop. This caused significant inconvenience and additional travel expenses. Furthermore, if Ameerpet was always intended to be the final stop, why was this not clearly communicated at the time of booking? I selected and paid for my preferred drop-off point based on the information provided. It is unfair to charge passengers for a destination and then terminate the journey at a different location without prior notice. The service provided was not as advertised, and I am very disappointed with the overall experience.

Entire all travels this is worst. Inside bus not cleaning and all and there is no dropping exact location not good this travel.

Very disappointing experience. They did not pick us up from the mentioned pickup point, and we had to take an auto to another pickup location on our own. They also did not clearly mention the van dropping point, which caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. The pickup and drop-off information should be communicated properly to passengers.

There was no washroom on the bus, but it was mentioned. The charging point does not work.
