AC is not working, passengers feel suffocation in the bus. I request Red Bus to please remove this bus from the app. The driver rushed and drove riskily, taking sharp turns without slowing down. The only good thing is the staff behaviour, which is good and very helpful.

My worst experience ever. The bus was very dirty. On top of it, they were bringing in passengers to sleep on the floor. The AC vents were directly on the face and I couldn't use the blanket as it was smelling bad and dirty. I will never use this service again.

Pillows and bedsheets were not clean. Ac was very cool that is highly uncomfortable. Otherwise driving was good.
