Bus was not punctual and it failed halfway to Ahmedabad and they transferred to another bus but it was too bad. There was no charging point, no privacy and the AC was not working.

Staff behaviour was good. Con has 2 points: for destination Dwarka, it was delayed by 2 hours and seats/sleepers were a little dusty.
