Change of bus and alteration in bus timing occurred without prior notice. The bus personnel threatened that if you are coming, then come, otherwise I will cancel the ticket. Anyone traveling with this travel company, please take action against this travel agency.

Very bad experience with Shiv travel, because I have booked a lower seat, they gave me an upper seat. Delayed by 3 hours, driver also doesn't know the route from Bharuch to Sambhajinagar, they do not hold the bus for breakfast. They gave a time to reach by 9 o'clock but reached at 3 o'clock. What is the management of Shiv travel. Very very bad service of Shiv travel. I am suggesting to other people also don't travel with Shiv travel.

worst experience of this Bus taking wrong route for the destination and the driver don't know the route and the bus conductor call is always switch off I face so much problem due to the staff phone was switched off bus was very slow

I had booked a bus with Shiv Tours and Travels, but at the stop, they made me sit in a completely different travel bus. My stop was Geeta Mandir, but they called me to CTM instead. They abused and threatened me, and I was also beaten. It’s already 8 AM, and the travel bus is still in Nandurbar.
