I've travelled on this service more than 30 times and have been a regular passenger, especially on Friday trips from Bangalore to Udumalpet. There were some delays over the past few weeks, but the punctuality seems to have improved. The seat comfort is good, the journey is usually smooth, and the drivers have been professional and reliable throughout my travels. Overall, it's been a dependable service and one of my preferred options on this route.

Dep in the blg 9lk but not proper guide drive or cleaner. Where we have to pick up point, we asked many times but didn't respond properly. The bus started from blg at 9.30. Even I was holding a small baby. Now I am still going on the bus.

The driver and the supporting person missed to drop me in the dropping point. This was bad as it was too early in the morning.

They dropped in Pollachi at 8:45 when the scheduled time was 6:15. A 2:30 hour delay is unjustifiable.

Onboarding time late by 30 mins and morning destination reached two hours late. Very bad punctuality.
