Bus is not clean, ac is very less and more importantly they changed the bus while travelling.

Booked the ticket for my elderly mother and aunt with dropping at majestic bus station. The bus service dropped them near Anand Rao circle with no prior information. If the bus service is unable to accommodate the dropping point at a certain location why offer it in the first place?? A lot of inconvenience when elder people are involved.

Boarding point was entirely different. Had to walk for 1 km with my handicapped wife and baggage. Horrible experience.

1.5 hours late. I booked bus for majestic. They told drop in Ulsoor or otherwise from Ulsoor to Majestic takes 2 hours. Travel was it ok for you. Then we drop in Majestic around 12 km. 2 hours journey. Very worst experience in my life.
