This bus just felt like I am travelling in a Volvo bus. Very satisfactory.

Despite two bags being permitted, I was forced to stow my luggage in the sleeper berth. The bus departed at 9:30 pm, yet the air conditioning was not switched on until 12:00 am, even though I was travelling with two small children.

No charging point and very dirty bus seating is uncomfortable. Two people were seated in one seat.

Ac didn't work nicely, and bedsheets provided were not removed that were used by the customers. Pillows and bedsheets were unhygienic and dirty. Spend approx XXXXX was useless.

Destination arrival time showed 6:45 a.m. on Redbus app when we booked ticket. But the bus arrived late at 8:30 a.m. to Raipur. We had our Vande Bharat train from Raipur station scheduled to depart at 8 a.m. All over ticket amount was wasted. We lost 4500 rs approx. for 5 persons. Upon telling our concern to driver repeatedly, he always said that bus wouldn't reach before 8:30 a.m. Bringing his attention to the original arrival time at Raipur station which was 6:45 a.m., he was saying that "he won't take responsibility of the Redbus app. If you want to get down from bus you can." Kindly resolve this serious issue and we demand compensation for our loss.
