Their staff are very strict. They did not allow me to bring one item, and I had to leave it there.

There were people sleeping outside my cabin. It was really disturbing and uncomfortable

My seat was wet and not clean. The air conditioning was not working, they kept switching it off repeatedly. The passenger area was full of extra passengers.

Very bad experience in Shivshakti Travels. Water is coming in cabin. AC is not working. Extra people are lying in gallery. Some people smoke. Very bad experience.
