Bus was 2 hours late. I had to leave that bus and board another bus. Most pathetic thing was bus driver kept on giving false assurances that bus would reach within next 10 to 15 mins.

The bus operators purposefully overloaded the bus. Not sure if they eat the money or not but people were sitting on each other's laps.

Very bad, 2 hrs delay for boarding so I refused travelling through that bus. Waste of my money.

The conductor was very rude and gave priority to special people. We waited almost half an hour, and with us he was very rude and didn't wait for five minutes.
