Staff behaviour was not good and rude. Also, my luggage was not properly submitted and the behaviour was rude.

My boarding point was Makrana Choraha, but the bus did not stop there. The driver did not answer my calls; his phone was not connected. When I informed him that I was standing at the boarding point, he asked me to come ahead. The bus was parked approximately 2 km away from the boarding point. Even after this, the way he spoke to me was rude and unprofessional.
