This bus service was absolutely rubbish. They had taken bookings for three different passengers on the same seat or they were carrying over passengers even when seats were not available.

The bus for which I had booked the ticket did not come, and the bus number given to me was not that bus but some other bus. I disagreed, but the bus for which I was given the number was correct.
