The bus was changed to Hari Darshan by Shreenath Travel and it was a great journey travelling with Haridashan bus.

Ac wind was not functioning properly. When I was feeling cold, I tried to shut it but it was leaking and the air was coming out. Also, my drop point was different but they dropped me 5km away and said this is the last stop.

Bus substitution: I booked a Shreenath bus, but the service provided was Sai Darshan. This is a breach of trust and service standards. Lack of amenities: Despite it being an overnight journey, no blankets were provided, causing significant discomfort. Poor scheduling: The dinner break was taken at 2:00 AM, which is highly inconvenient and unprofessional for a long-distance sleeper/seater coach. Incorrect drop-off location: My booked destination was Adajan. However, the driver forced a drop-off at Sahara Darwaza, claiming it was the last stop. This left me stranded far from my intended location.

This wasn't Shrinath bus, it was some local bus by name Om Sai Ram and driver stopped for 60 minutes to take roadside passengers, and hence bus was delayed by almost 3 hours. Pathetic service, demand full return as driver sold tickets for 400-500 to others while I paid almost double.

The last drop stop should be clearly defined. As per booking, it was Shreyas Office Adalat Road, but we were told that Baba petrol pump is the last stop. The Baba petrol pump is the entry point of Aurangabad.
