This is an extremely bad review, if I have to put it bluntly. The bus was running as a non-AC bus while charging AC fares. The seats are very small, fixed, and couldn’t be reclined at all. The bus itself is as tiny as a matchbox. Moreover, the driver and conductor’s behavior was rude. Based on my experience, this was the worst bus journey of my life. If anyone thinks of booking this bus for travel, it would be the biggest mistake. We don’t want to say more than this — the contractor, the bus driver, and the owner are all absolutely terrible.

Very poor service. The bus was delayed, and a small non-AC seater bus was provided instead of the booked sleeper coach. No proper communication was given. Extremely inconvenient and disappointing experience.
