Renewal of the bus is necessary. Windows are not closing properly, blanket quality is not good, and there are more things requiring change.

Bus was very old, interiors, curtains were broken, A/C was not working initially, later they started. No blankets were provided. Bus was not clean. Putting brakes created strange sound, hurting ears and looks like something wrong with bus. The conductor was a helpful person.
