The contact driver number is not answering. He avoided the Tirunelveli passport stop and directly went to Vannarpettai. Only after that did he answer the call. His way of talking is rude.

Very poor service. The bus broke down near Viralimalai at around 3:00 a.m., and after waiting for nearly an hour, passengers were shifted to another bus that did not reach my booked destination. I was dropped at Tirunelveli Bus Stand and had to pay again to continue my journey, causing unnecessary expense, delay and inconvenience. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I expect to take responsibility and improve its service. Then why I paid XXXXX rupees insurance.

Reached the destination at 10 am only, it was horrible not able to use washroom, refreshment, etc. even not able to go office by 9 am.

Keeping up the time was very important for every travel and it was mainly for your travel. Time varied over traffic but you should give assurance that we would drop you at the right time. At least some 30 minutes delay was normal but 2 hours was very bad in my experience. For the first time I booked this travel and got highly disappointed. I, as a college student, had to attend my exam today because of your travel. I believed you would drop by 6.08 AM as per your schedule but I thought at least 7.00 AM you would drop. But it was 8.00 AM now. Mainly, the brake sound of your bus got irritating. Do change that.
