The smell in bus was very bad, and AC vents were broken and some were not working. Really bad experience.

No blankets, no water bottles, and the bus needs proper lighting from inside. Sleeper cabin lights were not working.

The departure time was 22:55 and they departed around 23:15. In Jammu, they stopped the bus for 1 hour. The AC was not working properly in the lower deck. The door automatically opened because of the vibration of the bus.

Everything is worst. I can't explain. alcoholic persons are inside the bus and people smoking openly. I booked online ticket. But they said those sites booked in afternoon. Then we compromised and took another site. If rebus gives these types of buses now I will delete my app immediately. No punctuality. No good staff behavior. No cleanliness. Ridiculous bus name is Skyway.
