Bus left me and went in the dabha and staff is lying that i was drinking in the dabha but I was having my dinner.

Everything was worst, from bus condition to cleanliness. They stopped everywhere it was possible, demanded extra money, boarded non booking people, slept on the floors, no working charging points. Torn and unclean curtains, stopping wherever they wish to board the non booked passengers. It's been 9:30 am, still I am 2 hrs away from my location. I was supposed to reach by 7. I missed other bus even though traffic was there in Bangalore. They stopped for boarding non booking. I am feeling unsafe, my luggage is not safe because I don't know where somebody boards and somebody gets down. I need full refund. I have proof for everything that I mentioned.

Charging point not working, bus not cleaned, 3 hours delay, now driver not going to the city actual stop, they deboarding us in bypass.

Bus and bed are not clean and they did not provide a single water bottle. Also, there is no pillow.
