The AC was leaking water, and my seat became completely wet during the journey from my start to end. This caused a lot of discomfort and inconvenience. The bus was not maintained properly. Please check and repair the AC system to ensure a comfortable journey for passengers. Very disappointing experience.

Worst bus to travel. 1. Staff behaviour was very rude. 2. Single seat was so small, not able to sleep. 3. Driver asked me to come early but did not stop in Omni bus stand. 4. Live tracking was showing other location. I will never book this bus in my lifetime. Please don't travel in this bus.

Had booked the upper double sleeper seat. Travelled with my son. The ride was very bumpy. The curtain rod next to our seat fell off twice. There was no privacy after that. The seats were very dusty. Also, the second time the bus stopped for a washroom break was in front of an extremely dirty toilet for ladies. Please consider another toilet location with better hygiene next time.

Horrible experience. Rest assured I will not be taking this bus again. Bus picked me up 3 hours late, not once answering my calls and the drop which was supposed to be at 8.30 in the morning was at 5.30 in the evening. I spent half my holiday in the bus with a wet seat and ruined files due to the water that was dripping all over my seat. The rest stop had barely working restrooms. I traveled for over 18 hours without being able to use a washroom. Red bus, this is the second bad review I've given and no action has been taken towards me or even against the bus.
