Seats are wet and no cleaning. Dirty bedsheets, pillow cover, curtains and blankets.

Pillow and snacks were not provided as mentioned. Bus was late by 4 hr, 2 hr late reaching Vadodara only. At Vadodara, bus was changed, transferring passengers from one bus to another.

Bus was not clean. They didn't give us snacks as mentioned. They didn't give us water bottle. Beds were not clean. There was no blanket. They need to improve.

Driver continued to turn off the AC and charging sockets. Multiple times we had to go and tell him to turn on. Paid for AC bus but still they turned off the AC. Also asked me to come to a different location for boarding.
