There was heavy rain and traffic and we were coming late by only 10 mins. We had requested the driver beforehand if he could wait only 10 mins as it would be a fair ask, as I have waited 1 hr to 1 hr 30 mins for the bus to reach pick up points before. But this driver not only spoke rudely but also denied our request. On top of that, he tried to lie to us by saying there was a passenger going to the airport. When I asked him about it, he mentioned that was a bluff. Very bad behaviour. Did not expect.

Overall the driving was good and very comfortable, we never knew that we reached Ernakulam. Even though the bus started a bit late due to some issues at the check post they managed to reach the destination on time. Good rest stops and good staff behaviour
