The bus was late and it broke down.

Feet rest was namesake. No comfort for seat. Bracket for keeping items was broken. No blanket.

There are no curtains in between double seats. Bus was late by one hour and 45 minutes. Took 10 hours to reach Thrissur.

No punctuality, no timings, 4hrs huge delay and our total tour plan was collapsed and waste of money and time. I did not expect 4hrs delay; not acceptable.

All was good. Excellent driver and staff, punctuality, driving, timings all were good. Seat length is small and I am 5’8” tall. Rest all are good.

I found the trip to be on time and very comfortable. The bus was clean, with hygiene maintained on the pillow and water.
