Worst service and the driver is so violent with the passengers. Many seats are non-pushback seats and 1 hour delayed to start the bus.

Very rude behaviour from driver. Departure time was 10.16 pm but actually they start at 11.30 pm. I asked the driver to start the bus, but he replied, Bus will start after filling all the empty seats. Whoever doesn't like it can go and find another bus.

I have been booking buses via redBus since 2024, but this is the first time I feel very uncomfortable traveling from Kumbakonam to Chennai. The ticket cost is Rs.733 with GST, but the seat pushback did not work, the windows were also not in good condition, and the bus starting time was not perfect. Totally very disappointed.
