I didn't get my seat. I booked seat no U10 but I got U8 and was also not dropped at the location. This is very bad.

Seats are short in length, change of route in which that road was very bad and discomfort on road even my stomach got upset, staff did not answer me well. No water in toilet, driver wanted to deboard at sector 62 Noida on the midway of highway, meaning I should jump two railings to come to the side. On asking, he told that there is RTO checking and you have to deboard here. Very uncomfortable ride. Worse experience.
