Staff behaviour worst, blankets bad smell, it is not washing, driver demanded requests from passengers.

Worst travels ever seen. I traveled max in only buses, but I never faced this type of travels behaviour in whole journeys. Worst travels, worst bus driver conversations, over rating is 1 also more for these travels. Don't book anyone, especially girls and ladies don't book this bus, they are worst fellows and worst travels.

The bus came at 9 pm but the right time is 8:30 and tracking shows the bus will reach at 9:30. It is full of confusion and the driver called when he had already arrived at the point and was rude towards me and my mother.

2 hrs delay, when I came seat was not clean, seat was very small, bounced many times 15 cm height, windows don't have guardrails and not even water bottle given complimentary. I would not recommend this travel. Only thing good was staff behaviour.

Driver and co driver was very rude. And bus condition was horrible. Broke down before reaching Hyderabad.

Not a smooth travel. The bus broke down on reaching Hyderabad at Malakpet and we had to book our own transport to reach the destination.
