Bus came 2.30 hrs late. It is a non-AC bus and they have changed my seat from upper berth L9 to U9. Horrible experience.

Booked AC bus and got Non AC bus. Worst bus service, they simply cancel buses and merge AC and Non AC to Non AC. Driver will tell to talk to owners and owner will never lift calls.

Blanket was dirty. My ticket was later rebooked to next bus which was 1 hour late. It happened without my knowledge.

No pillow. Dirty side curtains. Bed is made of wood. While turning left or right while sleeping, it produces disturbing sound. Water bottle also not provided.
