Firstly, I went to the boarding point mentioned on my ticket. However, when I reached the counter, I was informed that the bus boarding point was not there and had been shifted near Siliguri Junction. Due to this communication gap, I was almost unable to catch my bus. Secondly, the AC in the bus was not working. After nearly half of the journey, the bus was changed. In the replacement bus, there were fewer sleeper seats than expected, and passengers occupied seats of their own choice. Although my booked seat was a lower sleeper, I did not get it. Overall, my travel experience was very disappointing due to poor communication, improper bus arrangements, and seat management.
