Driver was braking really hard every time. As a sleeper bus, I personally did not expect this.

I have traveled two to five times. Bus suspension is not good, causing excessive shaking. AC has not been cooling properly. Restroom stops are not made properly like other transport. Two times restroom stops were given, and timing of reaching was correct.

I was supposed to get down at Vandalur Zoo since it was mentioned as a drop-off point, but the staff insisted that I get down earlier at Kilambakkam Bus Stand. If you do not stop at Vandalur Zoo, then why was there a drop-off point mentioned? They made me walk because of it. Either kindly stop at the particular drop-off point or remove that drop-off point. Also, the bus arrived late. As far as I heard from my friends, this is the only bus operator who comes on time, but for me it was the opposite experience.
