We had a bad experience with that luggage cabin. We put it in the luggage cabin; rats were there. They cut our bag.

Water bottle not given. The seat is very low and it is difficult to sit and also difficult to stand.

Very poor experience with this journey. Bus condition was not good, suspension was very bad, and I was unable to sleep properly. Seats, bedsheets, blankets, and pillow covers were unhygienic and not maintained. Cleaning was also very poor. For the high ticket price, this level of service is unacceptable. Needs serious improvement.
