The driver never contacted me though I was at the boarding point 30 minutes prior to my pick up time. Also later he said the bus had moved on from the boarding point though it never showed up.

Bus maintenance issues. Was running 2-3 hrs late. Charging points were not working properly. AC cooling problem, etc.

18 hours too late for deboarding. Jaipur had an accident at morning 5.30 am and dropping time is 6.30 am and deboard is night 1 am for next day. Very poor driving and my next bus is missed for 7 tickets for 8000 rupees. Please do not board this bus. I have paid 15000 rs and life is one more chance from God. Very poor bus condition and safety. Local passengers boarded: 1 sleeping, 3 passengers and 2 sleeper, 6 passengers. This bus is overloaded and tire is burst. 18 hours delayed.

The service was good overall, but there was a major issue when the bus stopped on the roadside around 1:00 am for nearly two hours due to lack of diesel. This caused inconvenience and reflects poor management.
