Sheet on seat was not hygienic at all. It had a very bad odour. Please change it before every trip.

When I entered the bus, someone was already on my seat. My seat was completely dirty, the blanket and the sheets were stinking so bad.

The seating area was not clean, and there was a bad smell coming from the seat. The AC was also not working properly, which made the journey uncomfortable. I requested the driver to stop the bus for a washroom break, but he did not stop. However, the driver stopped the bus whenever he wanted to eat gutka. At Solapur Toll Plaza, the bus was stopped for a passenger break, and I used the washroom there. After that, the driver informed me that a toilet was available inside the bus. I was not aware of this facility earlier, as no information about the onboard toilet was provided to passengers. Overall, the journey was very uncomfortable due to the poor seating condition, bad smell, AC issue, and lack of proper communication regarding washroom facilities. I requested them to look into this issue and take appropriate action to improve the service.
