Unprofessional staff with no empathy or understanding. Rude and ruthless in their approach. Very business minded and only worried about their ratings. They do not have the ability to adjust and adapt based on situations and need. I would never recommend this bus again.

Bus reached on time, however there was water dripping from AC on berth U10. Please take care of this, otherwise great experience.
