The fare charged was significantly higher than the normal fare. Previously, the fare from Khordha to Titilagarh was around XXXX rupees. However, now, since Khordha was not available as a direct booking point, we were required to book from Bhubaneswar to Titilagarh, which cost around XXXX rupees. This meant we were paying an additional XXXX rupees for the same journey. The fare had become unnecessarily expensive, especially for regular travellers. Kindly look into this issue and provide a reasonable fare option for passengers travelling from Khordha to Titilagarh.

Bus has single sleeper facility but they are selling it in the name of double sleeper. This isn't legit at all, this is just a way of looting people.

Midnight I had to change the bus as they told the bus would not go. Everyone in the bus had to take the auto and board another bus. I also got the back side seat instead of my preferred seat.
