the bus didn't drop me at dropping point , it dropped me 40km away from dropping point. and they didn't helped me to reach the destination. they are saying the bus was breakdown. so, we were dropping all the passengers. i didn't expect this . from the past three hours A/C also not worked properly. I traveled in bus very hard

They were not dropped at the dropping point. They dropped in the middle and said the bus will not go to that stop. We booked the ticket up to Brindavan Gardens, Guntur. But the bus didn't go there and staff also said the bus is late. Who will compensate for the delay and charges up to the stop? Revert the booked amount because they didn't drop at the dropping point. Ladies and kids travelled along with luggage.
