No water bottle and bus stopped at lakadikapul for more than 45 minutes for luggage and once again took a lot of time to unload the luggage. During this period, they switched off the AC and switched on only the blower.

U11 seat, AC is under repair, I had a recent surgery done... I informed the conductor but he is not good at talking.
