Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I booked my ticket from one departure stop, but at the last moment, I was asked to come to a different departure stop, nearly 20 km away. They told me that the Rapido charges would be reimbursed after I reached my destination. I cooperated and travelled to the new departure point at my own expense. After reaching there, I asked about the reimbursement, and they again assured me that the amount would be paid after arrival. Now I have reached my destination, but the promised Rapido charges have still not been credited. How can you change the departure point at the last moment without properly informing the passenger and expect them to travel 20 km on their own? If you promise reimbursement, you should honor it. Very poor experience and extremely disappointing service. I would not recommend this service to other passengers.
