Staff behaviour was not good, and AC temperature was not maintained properly. If we told them, they should answer, but this was not correct and then they ignored.

The conductor came into the sleeper section and took photos/videos without my consent. He also spoke rudely to me. I am not comfortable with his behavior. Need strict action.
