The bus was parked at a random place, not at the pickup location. Seat wasn't comfortable and most of the charging sockets weren't working. Rest stops were random as well, and the departure was also late. Took 14 hrs to reach the destination and at the wrong side of the location.

Very disappointing experience. The bus was delayed at the pickup point, which was understandable due to the crowd. However, the driver later stopped at a poor-quality dhaba where there was no proper staff to take or serve food, leaving passengers hungry throughout the night. The most concerning part was that after the stop, the driver did not check whether all passengers had boarded before leaving. The bus simply started and entered the highway while passengers were still looking for food. This is a serious safety and responsibility issue. I would not recommend this bus service, especially for families. Basic passenger safety and proper coordination should be non-negotiable.
