Bus arrived 45 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. No water bottles were given. No live tracking available. The AC was not working consistently. The washroom was not very clean. The driver played heavy music.

Bus was 3 hours late and the passenger was diabetic patient who was standing all there still for 3 hours at the boarding point. Got 3 drivers' contact numbers from customer care side. All the numbers were busy for more than 1 hour. No updates about the bus or tracking available. Worst experience.
