Bought ticket up to Tiruppur. Asked me and two elderly lady passengers to get down at Palladam. We refused after much arguments. One lady was with a spine problem going for treatment. She argued that this was not the first time and this happened on her earlier visits also. The operator should have at least arranged to transfer us to other Tiruppur going buses. Bus reached Tiruppur by 7.00 AM. Delay of 2 hours. The operator bus tracking platform stopped working after 5.00 AM with a message that my trip was finished. Received wake up call from the platform 5 minutes after alighting from the bus.

Bus got breakdown and I couldn't reach on time. Drop was 6am but it dropped by 9am in the morning.

Instead of 4.45, we have reached coimbatore only by 6.00 am. in the meanwhile the tried to change the bus in Rajapalayam.. We are paying costly only for the brand of Red Bus .. However such services will spoil your reputation.. Condition of the bus is worst.
