Poor smell in the bus. Punctuality zero. No management. No water bottle. Passengers are using mobile on high sound but no management. Late boarding and late departure.

Bus was delayed, obviously due to jam. But there was already someone sleeping at my seat. Conductor had to make a scene to vacate the seat.

staff behaviour was poor,staff force to person for sit 2 person in single sleeper, and 4 person sit in double sleeper...how this is possible.water botal does not provide in this bus.clothing of bus also poor quality....
