The entire journey was a very bad experience. The bus was in terrible condition and the AC kept switching off repeatedly during the night. Even now, the AC has not been turned back on. If I could give 0 out of 10, I would. This was one of the worst bus journeys I have ever had. Very disappointing service from service provider.

The driving was good and the staff was supportive, but no blanket or water bottle was provided. The bus also had a strong unpleasant smell. Overall, the service could be improved.

The conductor took extra money from me, XXXXX for the luggage. Said it looks like the stuff. I had only 2 luggage bags. Nothing else, the service of this bus was very bad.
