The driver did not switch off the sleeper lights even after multiple requests. Rather, he told it is parking lights. We could not sleep the whole night and the behaviour was not good. They stopped the bus at around 2330 hours for dinner, which is no time for dinner. They even did not stop to answer for natural call, which is ridiculous.

Bus conductor or driver have fake mobile no. there was no chance to contact them and I also moss the bus and I have to complain. I hope my money also give back to. Very bad condition of bus members. And I give zero star rating.

We were asked to board a bus which would take us to the actual bus that will then take us to the end destination. However, the first bus was fully booked and there was no space as such so we had to sit in a shared seat like 3-4 passengers in one seat which was really uncomfortable and it remained like this for the first 3 hours of boarding the bus. The staff was rude and did not provide actual updates but tried to ignore.

Extremely bad service as the bus was changed at the last moment and the changed bus did not have reserved seats. Driver and staff had no clarity about the new bus location where the onboard.
