The person whose contact number is given as helpdesk does not have etiquette to talk to the customer. Bus staff do not care about the time. They didn't stop the bus at any rest stop but stopped the bus at some random place for about 1.5 hours. I travelled by this bus for the first time and that would be my last time. I suffered a lot but I don't want anyone else to suffer. I would suggest it is better to travel by some other private bus or Haryana roadways. They are more punctual than this bus. Very unprofessional staff, untidy bus and rude behavior of staff and what not. Horrible experience.

This bus is not for passengers. This bus is used for couriers and other goods. Not hygienic and did not even provide a single water bottle.

The bus was stopped in between my destination at Fazilka. Then they transferred all passengers to another bus to reach the destination Jalalabad.
