The bus had few stops. The stops' locations were very unhygienic. The food and toilets were very bad.

Live tracking not available. Driver behaviour is so rough. No hygiene. Passengers drink alcohol on bus, no action taken by authority. So unclean.

Bus staff was unaware about which passenger is going to board the bus from which boarding point. No call from bus operator and I had to literally run to catch the bus as driver didn't stop the bus at my boarding point.
