The AC was not working. There was a bad, fishy smell. Suffocating too much or can't even breathe. The bus was 1 hour and 10 minutes late. I want a refund for this kind of service.

Sleep is comfortable, AC comfort, cleanliness is good, driving is good. Staff behaviour is good but I requested a blanket 2 times; however, it was not given. Approx 30 min delay than pick up time.
