Good: Punctuality, Pricing, Dropping points (Bellandur). Bad: The driving style was very rough. We reached the destination almost one hour earlier. The driver should definitely consider smooth braking and acceleration.

My bus was supposed to arrive at 11:30 PM, but it came only at 2:00 AM. In the bus, they did not provide a water bottle, and the bedsheet was torn. The bus also broke down in the middle of the journey. It was a very bad travel experience.

Waste bus. Arrived at destination 3 hrs late. Driver and cleaners are worse than the worst. Even lost the slippers in this bus. They even changed the bus midway without prior information.
