Bus late for 2 hours.

The bus arrived late. The single sleeper was very narrow and cramped up. The length was only 6 feet. The bus was very wobbly and swaying, and punctuality was definitely not there. I reached my destination 2 hours late. The AC blanket which was given was very old. For the cost paid, it was definitely a very bad experience. The only plus points were the driver's behavior was good, and they had provided packaged snacks.
